Back in January we covered the launch of the Nicholas Residences. Originally the tower was calling for 29 stories, but now they’ve released another 6 floors bringing it to a total of 35!  If you missed your chance to purchase earlier in the year, now is a perfect time to choose between a limited selection of 1 and 2 bedroom suites.  Only 54 units are being made available in this final release at Nicholas Residences.

The building will feature architectural design by CORE Architects and interiors complemented by Cecconi Simone.
