Upper Yorkville now has one less car dealership and one more condo coming up! The former high-end car lot has relocated to make room for “Pears On The Avenue” by Menkes. Menkes has been busy in the Yorkville neighbourhood working on The Four Seasons Residences a few blocks away. In contrast to the Four Seasons, Pears is advertising prices from the $400,000′s.

It’s location on the higher end of Avenue road should allow for spectacular views to the south. It’s also a short commute to the shops and stores of Yorkville.
