The second condo project moving forward in Yorkville is The Conservatory Groups Milan Condo! Located across from MTV’s Masonic Temple at Yonge and Church the project is calling for 37 floors. But before the views can be had, demolition of the existing parking lot must first take place!

At first glance of this post, you may think we were talking about a new condo in the fashion capital of the world…Milan. Instead we’re spotlighting something a bit closer to home: The Milan Condos by Conservatory Group!

Located on the North East corner of Yonge and Church St in downtown Toronto, the Milan Condo will link Yorkville to Rosedale and offer residents breathtaking views of the Rosedale Valley. Residents are short walking distance away from the city’s most distinctive restaurants, gallery’s and designer boutiques. Plans for the Milan lobby call for elegant wood and marble surroundings and a fireplace to welcome you and your guests with warmth. To add to the Milan flair, units are named after different regions in Italy; Lascala, Amalfi and Napoli to name a few. Units will feature 9′ ceilings and will be accompanied by engineered hardwood flooring in living room and dining room spaces. Kitchens will have porcelain tile floors, granite countertops and European inspired cabinets.
