When we started out with BloorCondos.com, our goal was to cover the changing look of the Bloor-Yorkville neighbourhood. With developments like Crystal Blu and Uptown racing to the top of the skyline, there’s always new content to cover! For this post we took to the streets and looked waaay up to capture the two elegant condo developments as they near completion!

The Uptown Condos by The Pemberton Group is a high end project located on 35 Balmuto Street in lower Yorkville. Designed by Burka Architects Inc. the condo will be home to roughly 280 units. Check out the latest photos of The Uptown!
