The new One Bloor will offer spectacular views, from a variety of vantage points! Currently, the Yonge and Bloor corner is being used as the sales centre for the project. Once completed the proposed 65 Story tower will rise above the other buildings in the area and offer panoramic views of either the City or Lake. Take a look at what some of the South and West views will eventually look like!

Rising 65 storeys above Yonge and Bloor will soon be the new Number One Bloor! Great Gulf Homes held an information session for a select group to unveil plans of their newest project. BloorCondos was there to learn more about the Hariri Pontarini designed building.
Interior units will be designed by the world renown and Toronto based interior design firm; Cecconi Simone. The tower will be divided into 3 categories, offering different suite features at varying price points. Units will approximately 9″ high in height and offer pre-engineered flooring throughout. (More on that in future posts)
Residents will also have access to an impressive amenity space spread over two floors! Some of the features include an indoor/outdoor pool, beautiful landscaped outdoor terraces with fireplaces, and a sculptured garden to name a few.

The Toronto media has been buzzing about the release of Number One Bloor as official details are to be released later in the week! Great Gulf Homes has set up a massive white tent on the Bloor and Yonge corner, presumably as their sales centre. Many media outlets have been reporting Thursday March 25th as the day details are made public on the project.
Early reports have hinted to a 67 story tower being built on the site, but beyond that no much is known. The rendering above is the only image released thus far… the anticipation on this landmark project has definitely garnered the attention of many! 100 Yorkville at Bellair by Invar Building Corp is a high end condo in the heart of Yorkville. It’s a very intimate building with only 8 floors and roughly 30 units. It was designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, the same team behind the soon to be Number One Bloor. Check out the photos below!
Milan Condos, located at on the North East corner of Yonge and Church St in downtown Toronto! The Milan Condo will link Yorkville to Rosedale and offer residents breathtaking views of the Rosedale Valley. They’ve recently started tearing down the existing parking lot on the site.
